Description
“Evie is a Connie X, known on her passport as a British Sports Horse. She’s 13 years old and has been suffering from EMS induced laminitis since the start of January.
Evie has been on Crosulin for just over 9 weeks, and after the first month I’ve definitely noticed a significant decrease in her hunger levels, she loves her food, is always hungry and would eat all day if she could, but isn’t ideal when we have to monitor her weight.
When I read the Crosulin contained properties to decrease appetite I really hoped this would work for her, and although she is still very happy for her hay and feeds, I do believe her appetite is being suppressed, which has enabled me to reduce the amount she is fed. Her mood in between these times is also now back to normal, (maybe even better) she is much happier to wait a bit longer, rather than kicking the door down.
Her condition is becoming more stable, and she is very much back to herself happy normal self. I believe the Crosulin is genuinely providing her with the nutrients needed to stablise her insulin levels, as well as suppress her hunger to help her shift some weight!
In terms of willingness to eat it, I don’t think she ever noticed it in her bucket! Her feed is exceptionally basic with only a handful of Chaff and she happily licks the bucket clean every time!”
